Welcome to rwaj — the rwaj live shopping and auction application ("rwaj app"). By downloading, accessing, or using the rwaj app, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Eligibility and Registration

To use certain features of the rwaj app, you must register for an account. By creating an account on rwaj, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You will maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

Live Shopping and Auctions

The rwaj app provides a platform for real-time commerce. Users acknowledge that:

• Bidding: Placing a bid in a live auction on rwaj constitutes a legally binding offer to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder.
• Sellers: Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their item descriptions and the fulfillment of orders placed through the rwaj app.
• Transactions: While rwaj facilitates the platform, the contract for sale is directly between the buyer and the seller.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the rwaj app:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of local laws.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users during live streams or through messages.
• Attempting to bypass platform fees or "shill bidding" to artificially inflate prices.
• Uploading content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Social Media & Third-Party Integrations

The rwaj app may allow you to link your account to third-party services, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. rwaj uses the TikTok API to enable cross-posting of live streams and sharing product listings to TikTok. Your use of TikTok and other third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms. rwaj is not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party platforms.

Intellectual Property

The rwaj name, rwaj logo, and all platform designs, text, and graphics are the proprietary property of rwaj Inc. and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the rwaj app for personal or approved business use only.

Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your account or your use of the rwaj app for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
